01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the phgalaxy platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses phgalaxy.asia or any associated mobile interface. Access to and use of phgalaxy constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

phgalaxy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phgalaxy platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use phgalaxy, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of phgalaxy or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be self-excluded from phgalaxy or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or regulatory exclusion order.

phgalaxy reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phgalaxy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a phgalaxy account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your phgalaxy login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential;
• Notify phgalaxy immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your phgalaxy account.

phgalaxy implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phgalaxy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phgalaxy supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your phgalaxy account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are credited to your phgalaxy wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit within 60 seconds.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the phgalaxy cashier section.
• phgalaxy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• phgalaxy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Funds deposited into your phgalaxy account must be used for gaming purposes. phgalaxy is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phgalaxy offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each promotion. General bonus rules applicable to all phgalaxy promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your phgalaxy account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met;
• phgalaxy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phgalaxy — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on phgalaxy, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• phgalaxy uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the round is closed.
• Sports betting odds are set by phgalaxy and are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement apply.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phgalaxy reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.
• phgalaxy's decision on all game disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgalaxy platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using phgalaxy if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one phgalaxy account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using phgalaxy for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the AMLA;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots, or any automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms;
• Accessing phgalaxy from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phgalaxy staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phgalaxy platform — including but not limited to the phgalaxy brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of phgalaxy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phgalaxy platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phgalaxy content without prior written consent from phgalaxy.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgalaxy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phgalaxy platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on phgalaxy;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the phgalaxy service;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in platform content;
• Unauthorized access to your phgalaxy account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond phgalaxy's reasonable control.

phgalaxy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phgalaxy makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10 Responsible Gaming

phgalaxy is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, phgalaxy provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your phgalaxy account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your phgalaxy account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phgalaxy platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

phgalaxy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your phgalaxy wallet — after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or disputed amounts — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The phgalaxy platform operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework, and any regulatory disputes may be referred to PAGCOR through its established complaint channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and phgalaxy, you agree to first contact phgalaxy's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. phgalaxy will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phgalaxy may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on phgalaxy.asia. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "effective" field at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the phgalaxy platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using phgalaxy and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
